Took THREE days to respond which hindered me from getting my parts replaced for free and had to pay for a new Radiator and a radiator fan myself. The service was completed in October of 2023 and failed in July of 2024. Do not choose them. The Links they sent me lead to 404 sites and dead ins as well. Also would not provide a refund. He purposely put the cable of the hood at the wrong place (between the two hex head cap screw) so he could send me a quote to get it fixed for extra money. Especially, I told him I didn’t need him to send me the quote for it. Guess what? He still did. The cable of the hood was bent. That’s why my hood couldn’t close completely and he gave me some B.S. reason. I do not like dishonest technician

Came to the house and was confident in his job and completed the work in under the estimated time. All was done professionally and no extra parts left over ...(lol)
