I’ve struggled for years to find honest, reliable mechanics—until my friend Dave recommended McLeod’s and his friend Brandon who works there. The customer service was excellent, they were fast, professional, and solved all my car’s issues at a fair price. I finally feel confident about where I take my car. I’m sticking with them!

I had brake pads and rotor replaced here and brought the car back shortly after I noticed unusual wear on the rotor from the brake pad. The tech said there was nothing wrong and the manager either didn't know better or dismissed the problem. The McLeod store manager didn't have a different tech look over the job. They didn't even put the car on a lift and take the wheels off to examine the brakes closely. Soon after, the brakes started fading badly and I limped to a dealership, with the brakes nearly failing as I got there. Don’t go here. I came to McLeods, because I saw they had decent reviews and I had to get my breaks changed. I thought that they were being honest when they told me I didn’t need to, but there was another repair my car needed. I spent $150 on that repair. Looking back I should’ve questioned that most of it was labor and a $20 part. After a week or so, my car started to have trouble and it started to shift out of gear and break down. These scam artists messed with my car, I didn’t connect the dots and I brought it into them. They tried to tell me that it was a transmission switch. I've been taking both my company and personal vehicles to McLeod's Auto Service for a while now, and I wouldn't go anywhere else. Brandon is my go-to mechanic. He's highly competent, reliable, and always makes sure the job is done right. The entire team at McLeod's is professional and trustworthy, and their quality of work speaks for itself. If you're looking for a shop that truly cares about their customers and their vehicles, this is the place to go. Highly recommend!

I recently brought my 2006 Toyota Tundra to this shop to replace the serpentine belt tensioner, and I regret it deeply. They charged me an outrageous amount, far above what other reputable shops in the area quoted for the same job. After doing my own research, I discovered they marked up the part significantly and padded the labor charges. This kind of overpricing shows a lack of respect for customers and is unacceptable. I would not recommend this shop to anyone looking for fair and honest service. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else where they won’t take advantage of you. They told me the job was $657 and I got it done for $150.
