Atlas Auto Center

Oh yeah, I agree with my friend! I purchased a used 2019 Toyota Sienna Van. A friend of mine and customer of Atlas Auto Center recommended that should take my vehicle to get it inspected and checked out by Mr. Ali. She said, he is knowledgeable, honest and will tell you his findings regarding your vehicle. Well, I was very impressed with Mr. Ali and the other mechanics at Atlas Auto Center. They were friendly and greeted me when I walked in and didn't have an appointment. Mr. Ali took time with me and test drove my vehicle. He checked the engine, he put it up on the rack to check the brakes and pads, he checked if there was damage to the body to see if there was any previous accid…

Very honest people, understanding, and straightforward. Within minutes that I turned in the keys, they called me and let me know what the issue was and asked what I wanted to do, they didn’t do anything without my consent, which was always my main fear with turning my car into shops, especially being a woman lol, but they eased me well and even when delivering bad news were assuring. Would definitely come again and recommend them

I go here for Ron to fix my gizmo and he's great. I see him monthly and he makes my visits nice as we chat while he's working. He is very efficient and expeditious. He is a delightful conversationalist but he doesn't spend more time talking than working and after he's finished with my gadget I am on my way. AND NOW THIS here is why I will choose them for any automotive need that they provide: I went to go see Ron today and had an issue with my system. It has nothing to do with him, it is the system. It cost me around $60 extra but NOT money HE charged. I would have had to have been on hold with this different company for literally hours to get this issue resolved. He to…

Did work on our van, it looks like it was hit and someone covered it up. Huge dent on the side, hood doesn't latch right, hub cap fell off because someone forgot to put the lug nuts ( and with original repair the wheel had no business even coming off... ) plus the work they "did" lasted 100 miles before catastrophic failure. Thanks for telling me I needed an almost $1000 replacement I didn't even need.

If I could rank them 10 stars, I definitely would, 150%!!! Reza and Ali along with staff are very professional and knowledgeable. They explain every detail about the issues found in a way that the client can understand. They are honest, my statement is based on how other mechanics had tried to rip me off by adding up non existent issues in my car and quoted me 10 times more than what Ali quoted me after checking it out thoroughly. They drove my car more than once to give me a precise diagnosis, and explained how certain things can wait to get fixing, while pointing out what was priority, discussed non expensive vs higher quality of products and even took care of an issue I had with my a/c t…
