Rennen Imports

Great, friendly, professional service. I made an appointment and the Rennen team started work on my car as soon as I arrived and completed it very quickly. I highly recommend Rennen Imports and will use them for all my service needs.

Absolutely avoid this place. They've scammed me into replacing the 5-mo. old battery for $500+ (incl. labor); checked the battery that they claimed was “dead" at an auto store afterwards, and it turned out to be a perfectly functional battery. When I picked up the car from them, the next day I realized the power liftgate was not working. I took the car back, and the front desk guy with a British accent started vehemently denying that there was even a remote possibility that they could've broken it while it was in repair. He quoted me $700+ for repair, saying that the actuator needs to be replaced. At home, I took the trunk lining apart and discovered that the plastic component…

Long story short, I had an emergency repair that needed to happen. I had called the dealership for a quote but they were taking a bit TOO long for me. I stopped by an auto parts place that recommended Rennen. So glad they did! The responsiveness was up to par - they could fit me right in. I’m giving 5 stars because the main component for me is customer service. Not only were their personalities A1 but my car was done before the estimated time.

We have found a new Repair garage for our (2) Audi Q7 and A3 and soon for my MB E550. We had an emergency visit in Dec 2024, a new battery needed that couldn't be done at Olin Mott when it was in for new tires & suspension items and they got it done in a few hours saving our NYE trip to Tallahassee. They provided an estimate for some future maintenance items on the Q7 and we just had that work completed, again the same day. A++ in our minds. Photo is a very nice GT3 with my MB in the background.

Excellent service! They squeezed me in even though they already had a full schedule! The alignment was perfect. No complaints here. You can trust your Euro cars with these guys! Thank you again!
